I dreamt that I was going back to an old teaching job that I quit and my great aunt (who's still alive, but I rarely see) stopped me from going into the building. She plays a meditation frequency on YouTube and holds my hands and begins to say affirmations and praying with me. I'm trying to receive the message without crying. My aunt then begins to do my hair in a braided bun (for reference we are African American). A little girl, also African American, runs over to me in a royal blue princess ballgown with the same braided bun and says that she misses me and wants me to go with her to this ball. Suddenly, my face is covered in this silk royal blue scarf like mask with eyes cut out of it and I am dressed in a more adult version of the royal blue ballgown the little girl is wearing.
